Come and explore what becomes possible when your heart truly leads. ​Over four immersive days, Fiona McLaughlin draws on the profound wisdom of Ren Xue to guide you into a more heart-centred way of being with the people in your life. This is not about techniques or scripts — it is about something more fundamental: learning to inhabit your heart so fully that the way you relate to the world around you naturally shifts. ​Together we will explore the protective patterns and unspoken fears that cause us to contract rather than open, so we can discover how to meet others in a truly heart-centred way. We will learn to set boundaries that arise not from unconscious reactions but from the true self's wisdom and practice the art of meeting our own and other people's hearts with presence, warmth and care. ​With gentleness and clarity, Fiona's guidance will help you recognise and trust the quiet wisdom that has always lived within you. Through contemplative practices and heartfelt exploration, what emerges is the ability to stay rooted in love when life feels difficult, to remain present when relationships feel hard, and to meet each moment — and each person — with the full warmth of who you are. 9am to 5pm Friday 10th July 9am to 5pm Saturday 11th July 9am to 5pm Sunday 12th July 9am to 5pm Sunday 13th July Please note places on this workshop are limited.  This workshop is designed for individuals — you do not need to attend with your partner, family members, or anyone else from your life. The inner shifts you make here will naturally ripple outward into all your relationships. That said, if you would like to bring someone from your life along, you are warmly welcomed to do so, and it will be beneficial. Although this workshop uses Ren Xue techniques, it is accessible for those who are not familiar with Ren Xue.
